ALUMINUM EXTRUSION PRESS of WUXI YUANCHANG MACHINERY CO., LTD has high efficiency. Short stroke front loading and short stroke back loading are widely used in market.
The principal function of Extrusion Press is to create objects of a fixed cross-sectional profile. Metals are pushed through a die of the desired cross-section at a controlled speed and temperature. This extruding process is achieved by means of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic circuits controlled by a PLC system.
Aluminum Extrusion Press is one kind of the extrusion presses, which is mainly used for the extrusion of metals such as aluminum, magnesium, lead and their alloys. It is widely used for mass production of building, industrial, vehicle, airplane and other profiles.
