Equipment features:
1. Host part:
The screw barrel is made of high strength ammoniated alloy steel (38CrMoAla) or high strength quenched alloy steel (9Cr18MoV). The main engine is driven by AC frequency conversion controller.The temperature controller selects intelligent temperature control meter, and the temperature control accuracy reaches ±1ºC.
2. Mold parts:
The mold adopts imported S136 heat stability extrusion mold special steel, smooth mirror flow channel, to provide sufficient guarantee for high quality medical tube.
3. Cooling and shaping part:
Stainless steel tank all adopts imported SUS304 stainless steel bending molding, glass cover closed structure, medical grade stainless steel vacuum pump, high roundness and precision of pipe;Special sealed blow drying device, no water splash;
4. Tractor parts:
Traction belt adopts high precision synchronous belt transmission mechanism to ensure the long-term operation of high precision and high stability of traction line speed, and the belt does not slip and no noise in the process of traction.
5. Cut off the machine part:
The cutting machine adopts low inertia aluminum alloy rotary cutter arm and special cutting cutter sleeve, so that the incision is flat without fly wire, the cutting length can be set arbitrarily, and the cutting times can be automatically counted.
