One line equipment includes conical twin screw extruder, vacuum tank, haul-off unit, cutter, tilting frame.The parallel twin screw extruder has newly developed for its technologies in PVC pipe extruded by increasing in the drive torques and innovative solutions to problems in vacuum scavenging system and melt pressure contrion.There are multiple kinds of hauling method, like two caterpillars, three caterpillars, four caterpillars, six caterpillars. About cutting the pipes, use lifted saw or planetary cutter according to the pipe diameter.
